Agreement
These terms apply when you use this website, request a free visibility audit, or hire LocalLift Studio (Archer Lodge, NC 27527, USA) for a website design package. Contact us at info@localliftstudio.com or (919) 701-8413.
Free visibility audit
The audit is free and carries no obligation. It is our professional opinion based on what is publicly visible about your business. It is not a guarantee of rankings, traffic, or revenue.
Packages and payment
Our website packages are one-time projects — Essential $597, Pro $1,597, and Complete $2,597. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, projects start after a deposit and the balance is due at launch. The optional LocalLift Care plan ($149/month) covers hosting and ongoing updates and can be cancelled at any time.
Your part
You agree to provide the content, images, and access we need, and you confirm you have the right to use anything you send us. Timelines depend on receiving those materials.
Ownership
Once your project is paid in full, you own your website and your domain. There is no lock-in and we will help you move it if you ever choose to.
Revisions and refunds
Each package includes the revision rounds described in its scope. Additional work is quoted separately. Deposits cover work already performed and are non-refundable once design work has started.
Liability
We do our best work, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the project in question.
